How your information is handled.

Who I am
I am Nataša Perić, a homeopath in private practice, working online by video and in person in Telegraph Hill, south east London, by arrangement. I decide how the information described here is used. My email address is in the footer of every page, and it is the best way to reach me about anything on this page.
What I collect
Your name, email address and anything you choose to tell me when you write to me, use the contact form or book an appointment. If you become a client, I also hold the health information you share with me during consultations, together with my case notes, the remedies selected and the postal address remedies are sent to.
Why I hold it
To reply to you, to arrange appointments, to provide your care, to send your remedies, and to keep the case records a practitioner is expected to keep. Where the information concerns your health, I hold it on the basis that it is necessary for providing health care to you, and because you have chosen to share it with me for that purpose.
How long I keep it
I am required to keep patient records for 7 years. Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Who else sees it
An established homeopathic pharmacy prepares and posts your remedies, and receives only the information needed to do that, such as your name, address and the remedy. My email provider handles the messages we exchange. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for marketing.
This website
This site stores two things in your own browser: your language preference and your cookie choice. There is no analytics and no tracking. What you send through the contact form goes to me and is recorded in my secure client management system so that I can reply. It is not published anywhere.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where I am not required to keep it. Write to me and I will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how I have handled something, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
